Does anyone made a swap deal so far for Your properties in Ajman? I mean not just a property swap in UAE but outside country borders. Just to share an idea I have in my mind: there are a lot of people in EU with financial problems like meeting mortgage payments for the completed properties or even properties they are living in. So here is a deal exchange Your property into similar value property in EU- Germany, France etc.
Here is a point: Person is loosing completely the property (Bank repossess) so instead of that You offer property in Ajman. What is better to loose property in total and still own money to bank even after sale or have a property in Ajman which will be completed anyway ( 3-7 years time). So far no payments will be required till Developers will sort it out this mess first. You can generate at least some cash flow from You new property ( at least something).
Please let me know what thoughts are coming???
