Dear investors of Emirates City, specially Gold crest Dreams Towers(Developer Star Giga).
No more Payments till handover the possession with 50% deduction in total value of apartment as per market value in Dubai main projects.
At present ,Developer advise to stop payments till ESCROW a/c to be esteblished which is absulately to cover their cheating & fraud that money which invester paid. Who will be responsible where is Government Department to look after the intrest of country rules abinding innocient residence whose hardening earning looted by real estate mafia with the help of resourceful culprits.
I may request from the Rulers of emirates ,specially H.H the Ruler of Ajman to interfare and arrange to get refund of paid money immediately and ensure the islamic values of the muslim head to make a justice which is on their shoulders as they punish the people who makes crimes.

This message contradicts another message just posted on the Emirates City forum regarding GCD which indicates that the Escrow Account IS STILL A FEW WEEKS AWAY!!!
This is just so weird. Obviously different investors are being given different answers by the Star Giga Authorities......

A true businessmen built loyalty and retain customers. They honest and protect their integrity. They know they can profit through cheating one day, but can profit through honesty thousand days. And this also what Islam preaches. These guys are neither true business people nor true Muslims. They simply ignorant crooks and swindlers. But to put abuse to injury, I am shocked like other investors the passive position of the Ajman government.

With all due respect Mr Abdul, it is more important to ascertain what information is being fed to investors at the moment. It helps fellow investors who are are due to meet with Star Giga in the coming weeks.

The info, that escrow will be established " within a few weeks and construction will resume in spring" was given to me in early december 2009 at the Star Giga office in Dubai ( next to Oasis Center). I just can't believe anything they are saying anymore.

It’s important that all payments must be traceable to their respective owners and units so as to avoid any confusion and therefore based on the mode-of-payment you must follow specific instructions whilst making payments.
A) If you’re making payments through a telegraphic transfer then you must specify ‘the Customer Name’ and ‘the Unit Number’ in remarks or details section.
B) If you’re making payments through cheque then you must specify ‘the Customer Name’ and ‘the Unit Number’ at the reverse of the cheque.

As you may be aware I am part of a group of around 20 investors who formed at the start of the year in order to look at ways in which we could safeguard our investments in Goldcrest Dreams.
We are looking at numerous ways and if you recall this also included potential legal action. Our concern is that the developer is doing very little to allay our fears. They rarely respond to our correspondence (I probably speak for all investors on this point). Furthermore, we feel that the setting up of the escrow account is scant consolation when no construction has taken place. We need answers from the developer now. They do not listen to us individually. Maybe they will listen to us collectively. Lets bear in mind that potentially we have a thousand intelligent minds at work. I am sure that if we all work together we can all get ourselves out of this mess.
Our relationship with Star Giga has been soured. Communication is lacking. Respect is fast disappearing.

Most of us are either looking to get want was promised on time as per contract else 100% refund of the amount paid.

What was promised is past due or should be almost due...It has taken master developer two years to do piling on a tower that maybe built or may not....I am all for refund.

I agree, I would also like to go for refund. It is very confusing, even is the developer is not keeping his part of the contract, the investors is still helpless (without his fault)

Govt. of Ajman is the owner of Rholding (RRR) and also Ajman Boulevard, I would say they are the biggest cheaters of this centrury, having taken away poor investors live savings & their dreams of having their own home where they can live.

I have heard from a few investors that a rescheduled payment plan is being devised. Can anyone verify this?
