Yesterday I had visted the site but there is no progress in construction since last 4-5 months. I have a booking in Fayrooz Tower (next to Pearl) there also construction stopped for long. Pls let me know for futurev action to be taken to get our money back.

Spoke to Christina CEO of BSEL but she tries to pursuade us continue to pay. She says we will start but no date. there is no Emirates City there at all. even the other projects by others are allso not hapeening. its looks like Ghost city. send me your email Id I wil send the pictures. we lost our money.

SHE WILL JUST TELL YOU THE WORKS ARE SLOW BECAUSE OF INTERNAL WORKS,RAMADAN ETC,AND IF YOU GO ON THE SITE (LIKE I HAVE DONE ONCE IN JULY)AND DO NOT FIND THE WORKERS ON THE SITE, SHE WILL JUST TELL YOU THAT BECAUSE OF THE TIME OF THE DAY,THE WORKERS ARE TAKING A "BREAK "BECAUSE OF THE HEAT.MRS CABADING WILL HIDE YOU THAT THE WORKERS "BREAK"STARTED IN JANUARY 09 ...AND IT IS STILL GOING ON!!!

EVERYBODY MUST BE CAREFUL OF whatever Mrs Cabading says, as she has a special ability to lie to you in front of evidence, probably thinking our IQ is very low.
My proposal to you and BSEL would be to make sure the Developer-BSEL does not keep any longer as "president"someone as Mrs Christina Cabading, which is receiving a salary also from our payments while she is insulting our intelligence and dignity ,and with her methods she is contributing to our bad investement!.

Those towers On Hold , no workers there, developer advertised to sell , I saw many adverts in the Gulfnews but I think at the moment noone will buy in Ajman.

I just heard that there will be restart of construction for bsel pearl tower after Ramadan. I guess we will just have to wait till the end of Ramadan , then we should collectively take action against them , if required. Meanwhile I have stopped payment.

Hi every one . I spoke to one of the representative of Bsel pearl tower. She said that the restart of construction of Pearl tower will not start earlier than December or January 2010. I would like to know , how many of you (Bsel Pearl tower investor ) have stopped payment ? Also I feel that we need to put pressure on the Bsel guys to restart work as early as possible . These people have taken us for granted.

Everybody must be careful of Mrs Christina Cabading, the biggest lier I have met in my life!!!
I have stopped payments at Pearl Tower because Mr Kushal of BSEL told me know that works have stopped for a while because of "contractors problems" and will be starting in january 2010, while Mrs Cabading send me e mails until recently saying the works were instead proceeding.What a lier!!!.
My proposal would be to stop the payments untill these people will end to take joke of us, and we must put pressure on BSEL to terminate the contract of Mrs Christina Cabading and send her back from where she comes from,as she does not deserve to work in the UAE under any circumstances.
I really hope BSEL terminates Mrs Christina Cabading and with no working permit she gets expelled from the UAE , as this may represent an opportunity for BSEL to demonstrate they are changing their policy towards the investors. WE DESERVE RESPECT AND NOT BEING INSULTED BY MRS CHRISTINA CABADING,PRESIDENT OF BSEL in the UAE.

How can we trust a developer which keeps mrs Christina Cabading as "president"?
I find impossible to forget the lies I had to receive also through e mails from that lady.I really hope she gets fired by BSEL as I find unacceptable she is still working and representing the company I have invested the money.

Hi everyone , Its been some time that we heard anything about Bsel pearl tower. Our friends living in UAE can update us about the progress of Bsel tower or the lack of it. Do let me know if you have tried any of these dicey swapping schemes.

Unfortunately no progress what so ever....Looking with positive glasses,they are ahead of lots of other towers,ie rose,three of chapal towers,emirates city tower and so on...

I have paid around 45 percent since March 2008 and there is hardly any progress of the Pearl Tower - I visited the site in December 2009 and again in April 2010 and the position is still the same i.e. the building has come up only upto Ground plus 6 Floors which includes the parking floors. I am so tensed because I have put in all my hard earned money all these years and I am worried that I may lose all my savings. I want to cancel the Agreement and get my money back from the Developer. Can someone help how to go about it in getting my money back from the Developer since they are not able to keep up with the terms of construction. At this rate, I dont know if the building will ever be ready. Two years have already passed since the construction started and now we are in the third year and it is still at Ground plus 6 Floors.

Pearl Project in Ajman
Hi Everyone,
I also invested around 85% of my money to Pearl project. I fully support all your above comments about Christina. I made several attempts to contact Christina without luck. Last time when I spoke with her ( mid 2010) she assured my that the project will finish late 2012. But I lost my confidence as you rightly commented that there is on progress at all . I live in the UK and have no chance to visit the construction site. Thus, has someone recently visited the site if so, can you please let me know if there is any progress?
