Could somebody kindly advise me of the procedure for selling a property?
I have bought more than 1 property in savannah towers(emirates city), which is due for completion march 2010 and is progressing on schedule الحمد لله
I had planned to move to Ajman, but my plans have now changed so i would like to sell or lease when the construction is completed.
I am, however, now looking to sell 1 property before completion, to reduce the financial pressure- i would like to know how to advertise the property-whether i have to do this myself or if there are agents who can do this for me. I would be grateful for any other advice about how to go about selling a property, what to consider and what to avoid.
