Mr Ossy proposal about cour action against Goldrest Dreams

Mr Ossy,

I'm one of inverstors in Goldcrest Dreams project. i live in UK and i have never been to AJMAN. I have invested through and agent in London. now, what I have heard so far is quit conflicting. on one hand goldcrest dreams says everthing is fine and the escrow account will be soon available, but on the other hand no news is comming from Goldcrest and everything is the same.
my question to you is how many investors are prepared to take an action against Goldcrest? and what are the chances to win in this matter? I know these questions may sound stuppid but you may have more info than me!

Goldcrest dreams

Dear Sir,
The questions you have posed are like asking how long is a piece of string. In life there is no guarantee! The solicitors seem confident. They have got investors money back already. They have seen elements within the contract that will assist them. I too had faith in star giga but now they just fob you off with lame emails. Read the postings in skyscrapercity.com.
Quite a few people have shown keen interest, at least 50 and counting.
A good backup plan never done anyone harm.

ur in UK

if you have the contract paper with you. Complain to your consulate to help. I was UK citizen lolz. I would have done wonders..

While it is unclear at this

While it is unclear at this time whether the IRS will appeal the decision, taxpayers with significant FTC carrybacks should analyze their own situations to determine if action is warranted. In general, if a tax deficiency is "paid" by the application of a carryback from a later year, the taxpayer adjustable bed will owe deficiency interest from the due date of the return for the year in which the deficiency arises until the due date of the return for the carryback year (Sec. 6601 (d)). However, the FTC carryback is not a carryback as defined in Sec. 6601(d). Under Sec. 904(c), foreign taxes carried back are "deemed taxes paid" in the year to which they are carried. In Fluor, thekids beds Service determined that the company owed interest on an underpayment for 1982 that was later satisfied by application of an FTC carryback from 1984, and that interest owed should accrue from the due date of the 1982 return through the due date of the daybeds 1984 return. Fluor contended that no interest was due on the portion of the 1982 tax underpayment eliminated by the foreign tax carryback, claiming that the tax relief under the foreign tax carryback (Sec. 904(c)) was retroactive, extinguishing the deficiency and thus eliminating the interest charges on the deficiency.
