dear sir i allready have one apartment in GCD 1 but need one more for my brother, so good offers are welcome but must be in a building which have good progress, because we really want to live there.. not intrested in giving money just for playing of developers.

i bought from developers at 400 and tried to sell at 450 till last month but there was no taker,
gcd2 i heard that some sellers at who bought at 450 and want to sell at same price..just need to pay agent's comission and transfer charges extra. i am not a big investor and dont have any authentic knowledge so dont take it as any official market report. but i have seen in UAE that developer enjoy to sell higher and higher prices always and its very hard to resale for small investors, we must develop this forum as plateform for meeting of genuine sellers and buyers so both can get benefits
