Plot C12: Is it Eden Tower or Al Jazeerah Tower?
Does anyone know which of these towers is in plot C12?
In our catalog it is put as Eden Tower, but it is also sold as Al Jazeerah Tower. One of those who bought units there put a message in SSC as can be seen in the following thread:

So which is the tower in C12?
C12: AL Jazeerah Tower (Ghanim Saeed Matar Al Suwaidi)
C12: Eden Tower (Al Shidi International)

I checked an advertisement
I checked an advertisement of Eden Tower in a magazine, It shows the plot # C12.
Why? It's impossible that two company sell two towers in one plot.
The buyer in SCC had said who bought a unit in aljazeera (plot # C12). So we have a paradox.
Other freinds who have access to the other resources, check this matter!

It is always wise to double check.
ahmed's contract states C12 as Al Jazeerah where as the following site (Selling agent/real estate)
states the same C12 as Eden (click the master plan to see it)????

Hi all,
I spoke to my agent in UK (islamedia) and also in Dubai to clarif things around C12.
The explanation is that C12 was supposed to be Eden Tower but then it changed to Aljazeera Tower and Eden went to C15. They (Dubai agent) also said they are actually selling Eden Tower flats and it is on C15 o doubt.

lets try to clear this mess. my gut eeling is that this is somewhere a human error by agents rather that a dishonesty somewhere and given the local culture it will take some time to correct it in their websites (hopefully before completion of the projects!)

I think all this confusion is due to changes made by developpers after advertising and then not updating us the buyers with those changes.
One way to try to clarify this is to look at our contracts.
I have contracts for Al Jazeera Tower and it clearly states it is on C12.
Now , has anyone got a contract or Eden tower? does it state C12 or else?
or do u think that even if stated in the contracts it is still subject to changes??? i would like to think that it is not but there again some people tell me things in UAE can go this wrong but it always get sorted out in the end. it is the nature o the culture...

I bought mine in March 2007 and got the full contract in June in which it is clearly stated that Al Jazeera Tower is Plot C12.
I spoke to my agent in here Uk and also in Dubai: they both said that they were aware of this a while ago and asked those who are advertising C12 as Eden Tower to update their adverts. they were concerned that this hasnt been fully done it seems. so my agents are saying.

Not to dishearten anyone! Why dont you guys buy after proper research and site inspection! It is best to buy in the towers which have already started construction and are still available! Others may be selling on plans but I THINK IT IS RISKY!! Especially in UAE!
Well dont be alarmed but some discretion is advisable!
