Please make list of Ran away or Jailed Developers
Can anyone of us on this blog, who is living in Dubai like IMRE, DWARISH, AJMANFLAT etc, whose postings I read and they look quite informative and have awareness of situation, make a list of Developers who Ran Away or are in Jail.
Question: How this will help us?
Asnwer: We can see clearly the role of Arra then, we can make things clear in our minds that can ARRA do something or Not? We will prepare the list and if required I wil travel to be part of meeting with ARRA and will then present list of these Ran Away or Jailed developers to ARRA on behalf of this website/Forrum and will ask that now as these developers are No More and nothing can be done, so what solution ARRA has in his mind? If ARRA has some good solution, it means in future if our developers like Chapal, M-R tower, Crystal, SweetHomes, Al Furqan etc run away then the same scenario will happen with us. IF ARRA has no solution it means we will all kept all alone as now we are and thus we should ask ARRA a reason to pay to developers? A good reason with security ?

Al Rashed Real Estate, which was supposed to be the master developer for Humaid city also had several projects in the Emirates city has run away.
Arra has only concentrated on the establishment of escrow accounts to developers who in my opinion is only for the benefit of developers to cheat more money from poor investors, this was necessary because investors had stopped paying to the developers. I think that ARRA has been a disappointment because they have not helped investors in any manner.
Since there has been massive fraud with huge amounts of money, the authorities should offer free legal aid to the investors who have been cheated so they can sue the crooks.

Yes I agree ARRA should offer free legal aid to the investors who have been cheated well ARRA is littil help as they stopped installment payment for unregistered developers since December 2008 if not some of us might had paid more to these crook developers
