I can not imagine someone paying a penny to these guys right now.
We are passed the point of being investors.. We are the victims of a very well orchestrated fraud.
We need to file criminal charges against these people...

I am not sure but since most of us have signed Sales & Purchase Agreements (Contracts) with the developers, the new rules set by ARRA like "cannot cancell without ARRA permission, revised payments rules like 30%+% of construction" should not superseed terms & conditions of the contracts.
Can this be taken up with International chamber of commerce & trade? and/or International court of justice. ( I feel that justice process in ajman would not be fair to investors as the ruling family is involved and the court could nto decide aganist them)
