Dear Friends,
Every one can sign once. The system checks your IP and your name, So if you sign twice, The system can't accept the second signature.
It's a validation rule as well as confirmation via email. Otherwise, We can't be sure about validity of signatures and the target (here is R-Holding) rejects the validity of it. There are other secrets that i can't say it for security affairs.
If you invested in more than one project or units, Please mention the name of all projects once.

Over 500 people have read the petition, but only about 60 have signed it. I wish someone would explain to me why the response is so weak and what we can do to improve it.

Various other initiatives are being suggested by other members - another investors' meeting, creation of a neighbours' committee, hiring a lawyer, etc. etc. However, nothing will ever get accomplished if we can't get more than a handful of people to support any particular initiative!

Where are the 900+ people registered on this website and what are they thinking?? Please respond!!

Are the developers of Humaid City the same as those of Emirates City? If they are not the same, then it probably won't make much sense for you to sign. If they are the same, then I think there is no harm in adding your signature, though do note that the title, the address and the text of the petition are focused exclusively on Emirates City, not on other developments in Ajman. In all cases, we need more signatures! Best regards.

R Holding has delayed accepting monthly instalments for 4 months. It appreciated. Hope they resume construction very soon as promised.

NEXT is provision of Utilities like Electricity and water will be an issue.

I think we should think about all these questions and find appropriate answers. The purpose of petition is to be presented to the concerned authorities who can take note and do something about it. Not to continue signing it and having it at you chest!

Hi, I have purchased a flat in Crystal Residency in 2007, I paid a visit to the site 2 weeks a go and there is nothing happening. I visited the office of Palm Real Estate where I met Sajid, who assures me that they are in the process of Escro Account to be compleated in the next couple of weeks. The Developer is having problems with the contractors i.e labour etc. Sajid also says that the project is only max 2-3 months behind, and when I spoke to his manager he says it is six months behind. So who should we believe !!!! I do not see this development to be ready even after six months delay. I feel we are not being shown the full picture. pls get in contact if you have bought in crystal residency.

It wont help you any further.
You have to stand up and fight for what is yours or fight your rights.
Don’t sit hoping soon your problem will solved.

Thank you for your message and support concerning the petition. Sorry about my late response - I haven't been in contact with a computer for quite some time. The petition basically awaits a collective decision on how it should be sent (see my earlier messages, to which no one has responded). Should we send it by email to R Holding, cc other developers? Or should it be printed and delivered to the developers by some of the investors based in UAE? I'd gladly do the latter myself, but I live in Cairo, so someone else would need to volunteer. Your suggestions, PLEASE!

Please note, everyone reading this, that there are 240 confirmed signatures and 56 unconfirmed signatures. In order to appear, the unconfirmed signatures must be confirmed by the concerned members, who should go to their personal email boxes (yahoo, hotmail, etc.) and open the message that the petition system automatically sent to them when they signed the petition.

I personally still think that this petition is a very good idea. Many of the problems that people on this website are complaining about are basically the result of lack of information - construction delayed, no one knows why, no one knows when it will start, if it will start, who is responsible, is anyone in charge, etc. etc.. We need to impress upon the master developer and other developers that we are entitled to know what is going on and that such information sharing should be done systematically and routinely. This would help us AND help them too.
