Hi everyone,

First of all, i would like to wish you all a happy new year with all the best to come in 2009.

I just need an advice:
I have paid 50% of the property price and now am having financial difficulty. I have not given the cheques for the other 50% and would like to delay it as much as i can. What are my options? Can i delay giving them the cheques as the handover time has been delayed by 1 year, i should be able to delay my payments by 1 year no??? :)
Well, that s my plan and i think we should all do the same, for the one who did not give all the cheques, we should just give them the cheques with a delay, the same as they are doing to us.
What will be the consequences if i do that?
Well....we will see and will keep you updated when i will go to sweethomes to discuss it.
