Payment Plan

Dear All,
Who are having investment in Crystal Residency,
Please note that they are asking lumsum ammount which they did not recieved
during escrow account openning and registretion formalities.
Remaining amount they will merge with regular installment.which will be 36
installment. And as i know still their construction progress is up to first parking floor.
I paid total of 35% payment, I REQUEST ALL TO ASK TO REDUCE INSTALLMENT AND
EXTEND TO 48 MONTH INSTALLMENT. ( AS THEY ARE DELAY 2 YEARS TO COMPLIT THE PROJECT)

This must be a joke

you paid already 35%, and they are still in parking and they are asking you to pay all due amounts! This must be the joke of the year. I don't know if you are serious about this.
Listen my friend.. Do you know that right now with the 65% that you still have, you can buy a larger ready apartment in Ajman! Go to falcon tower or any other ready tower and ask about the prices. You will find that you can buy a ready to move in apartment for as little as 200 - 220 AED per foot.
If you still want your off-plan apartment, that is also good, but don't pay a penny untill you get a new payment plan with 60% to be paid upon hand over of the apartment.
