As a frequent visitor to the construction site I feel that the first buildings which will be ready to handover will be Gold crest dreams towers C01, C02, …C05 will be running on big industrial power generators under each building , inmates will have water every day if they are lucky. Those who are above 15th floor no much dust and noise.

Paradise LATE Towers may finish best in 2011 Dec, if the investor are lucky to get it. Only two towers which has reached little height is B7 & B8 , now construction in these towers for last 6 months as the contractor not getting money from developers . B02 to B09 are big jokes, one floor in every 3 to 4 months. All work of B6 is stopped due to accident, lift broken down from 7th floor with two poor guys in sides and both of them died.

Lillies and liviander going up slowly, but R-holding master /developer and master of delay. All others other than Gold Crest Generator Towers and Paradise TATE Towers are BIG JUMBO JOKE TOWES like jokers in circus they always remain small.
