From what I can see, it looks as if some towers are still powering ahead like B5, B6 and B9. Towers B2 B3 and B4 seem slow progress and towers B7 and B8 have they also finally risen by 1 floor or am I seeing things? :? Its quite hard to tell if any activity is going on in these two towers.

Paradise Lakes progress
Paul66, many thanks for the construction update link. It seems all the towers have made progress together, for the first time in many months. And thanks for the Roger Wikinson video too - he has done non-UAE residents a big favour by taking the trouble to shoot the video and post it. All hope is not lost yet for Emirates City or Ajman.

construction linked payments
looks like they have repeated the photo for B4 in place of B5. Has anyone actually agreed to the new construction linked payment schedule? Whilst payments are linked with construction they are not linked fairly. So if you pay 80% - the least you would expect is 80% construction - right. - Wrong. Also since handover of apartments will not occur until all B1 to B9 are complete this means that construction is only as fast as the slowest tower!

Although sweet homes originally said they will hand over all the paradise lakes towers together, this normally does not happen as it does not make sense. I know many towers in Dubai where they say will be handed together but then actually started handing over as they become ready. This way makes it easier for developers and owners to start the snagging process for inspection. Otherwise would be a logistical nightmare dealing with everyone at the same time!
