Paradise Lake towers
The latest construction updates indicate continued progress in towers B5, B6 and B9, and resumption of work in B4. However, B2 and B3 still show no signs of ascent, while B7 and B8 appear condemned to play catch-up with the rest. Viewed positively, there is progress, albeit not uniformly. But with resources being focused on a few towers at a time instead of on all at the same time, it is difficult to see how PLT can be delivered before 2012, assuming the current pace of progress is maintained and work doesn't stall altogether. Meanwhile, we cannot grumble about lost interest income on the colossal amounts already paid to the developers while they take their sweet time to execute the project. For, we are the relatively lucky ones among the EC's many investors.

what about B2?
Only 1 floor has been raised in 3 months!!! I dont understand why are they not focusing on B2 or B3. The more they delay these buildings, the more time it will take to complete the entire project.
However, agreeing with Qatarman, we are the relatively lucky ones!

I hv stopped my payments.. they do have my PDC but no more i will pay..
I dont knw when they will complete.. but no diff between this and other developers, here the developer is slow and others hav not started. condition remains same, the investor will nt get any renturns till next 3years and paying on is not a solution as 3-4years or 5years to complete is long time and moey invested is loss. So, please dont be happy with this slow progress. I fail to understand that developers are playing mind games with investors and investors are becoming a prey again of this slow construction. Rememmber friends, slow contruction is equal to no construction.
Finaly, Decision is yours and the ball in courts..

I disagree with qaterman's comments, the progress is only for B5,B6 and B9 towers for which the master developer, developer and contruction (construction-tech) all are R holding. The B7, B8 was a cheating , like R holding cheated the investors they cheated the Becon construction by keeping them on hope of getting money and they build the towers upto 20, 22 floors. B1 still on piles, B02, B03,B04 contract is for DEWALT constuction, they are almost like disappeared for last one and half years, i have not seen even a watch man in DEWALT site for long time.
