sweethomes and Rholding are doing some sort of marketing mimic with others money and they are not lossing anything but others are in heavy loss. Like the Becon contruction company (the Sub contractor for Sweethomes / R Holding) is in heavy loss as a payment of 26 million on hold. Becon where promissed to get 10 million by PDC and when they sumitted the chcek, found out that there is no money in the bank.

They have stopped the work in B7 & B8 since last july and today (03-11-2009) they have taken the Generator, crine, bricks, cement and all other material from the site giving and indication that the construction in B7 and B8 will not be starting soon, at present b7 is in 20th floor and B8 in 22nd since last july.

24-11-09 - I visited the site as usual and found that the work on both buildings are started 2,3 days back and it going on with 35 to 40 people in each buildings and i could see a lot of building materials like cement, bricks, tiles, metal frames.....etc brought in to site. Generator is at the site (all including rest of material were taken to Becon's strore last time). Seems this time its not a jok they will top up these two buildings by completing another 6 floors in b7 and 4 floors in b8 hopefully. Still it will take time to finish internal works and electricity & Water ...etc...minimum 1 year or 2.

Besides these two building B3, B4,B6 shows some progress and B5 very good progress. C1 to C5 excelent in terms of structure (i did not look at the internal work)
All others including GoldCrust Dreams no progres at all.

Both B7 & B8 sites stopped again just after 3 weeks work. The reason to stop the work is as usual the heavy pending amount to BECON constructio from RH/SW.

Visited the site and came to know that 10 to 15 workers are on site for last two weeks collecting and arranging all construction material from B7 & B8 and preparing to transport to some other sites of Becon construction company. All works in B7 and B8 is stopped because of a huge amount pending payment to BECON, approx 32 million and developer checks are retured from banks stating the account is empty. Now the owner of becon also in the same situation as the investors, he is also planning to proceed legaly to get his money, the funny thing is that all the legal papers will finally reach where ?
