Orbit Real Estate = Group of Cheaters
Orbit Real Estate is a group of cheaters. Beware!!!!! On wednesday when I visited ARRA, I came to know that as all partners are fighting among each other that how to distribute the extra cash received from poor investors, Now they started a big scam and details given by ARRA are:: as if a customer go with the payment to Orbit Real estate, they are issuing receipts of Palm Real Estate. So Arra asked us to be cautious and rather stop paying them until a clearance letter from ARRA is received from them.

ORBIT TOWER - ORBIT REAL ESTATE - FACTS
It is always easy to submit comments without caring about facts because it costs nothing, except a risk of being condemned as liar. The author of "ORBIT REAL ESTATE = GROUP OF CHEATORS" has not bothered to verify the facts and most of his outburst is based on hearsay, because :
1. While on visit to Emirates City, one can hardly find any project beating the progress of Orbit Tower.
2. Construction of 25th out of 29 floors is near to completion. Internal finishing also in progress.
3. Master Developer is R.Holding Estb. a Government entity, responsible for construction / completion.
4. 'Orbit Tower' is a project registered with ARRA (www.arra.ae), Escrow a/c to be opened soon.
5. Complaint of project delay is true but who else has escaped from the fall out of present downturn.
6. Has any Buyer paid his due installments on time ? Perhaps not.
I find Orbit Int'l.Real Estate open 6 days a week and accessable by phone, fax and e-mail.
