 this is the only way i could get my money back is if i purchase an ready apartment .

Can any one be kind and tell me where in ajman are the good spots to buy an ready apartment ?

And also who or which realtor agency is the most reliable to buy it from ?

Pleas any information is very helpful to me .

How can you get your money back?Have ARRA said the will deduct what you have paid off a ready built apartment?Please give more information.

It would certainly be interesting to know if ARRA (& Developer) would allow swap with ready apartments of your (investors) choice (at existing markt price) and the adijust the price already paid to the existing developer in installments?
With the amount I have already paid to the developer (Star GIGA), I can certainly get a ready apartment an do not have to make any more payment....
Dream Tower - please keep us posted, I have never heard of this option before. Would certainly be a good news for the investors & can save investment.

AED 450 and 550 per sq ft is rip off. They are still looking for ways to rip off the investors, what a shame on these guys.
