if Esskay does not follow ARRA laws and ddi not meet ARRA deadline ,then we have to look for a good lawer .we have to get our money back.i suggest to make sure this week that Esskay is not openeing any ESrow account ,then we tak one action (looking for one lawyer for us and go to the court ).
