Today I called up them and the story is that the project is coming up near to The emirates city towards al ameera village and since now they don't have anything concrate mean what will be project name / how many building will come up to that area nothing has been finalised its just on conceptional stage... so we are not buyer but invester this price is for invester who invest blindly without knowing anything..... If anyone approch the authority of Ajman and verify the reality of the real estate company....than may be a good investment..... they are claiming that its a very big project, how big they don't know.
