would like ARRA to regularly publish the list of developers who have regitered with ARRA along with their ESCROW numbers
We would also like ARRA to grade the developer community with a traffic light rating
1) Stop installments immediatly
2) To be paid as per contract & Reservation form
3) Ask developer to reschedule and link to the construction
4)Ask for penalty / discount of delay and adjust against upcoming
5) Ask the appropriate rent against delay
As we noticed from recent postings that there is a segment of investors showing optimism for the future of EC. A poll may therefore be condcuted to distinguish between the 2 categories of investors quantitatively. The poll may ask:
If you are given an option to resell your appartment in EC to developer at original price, would you still prefer to retain it:
a- Yes
b- No
c- don't know

Selani, What optimism you are talking about?!, Construction of Savannah Tower was on hold since 3 months ago and not knowing the truth if the developer submit their documents to ARRA for registration.
The original expected completion date of the project was last quarter of 2009 and only the 4th floor slab was caste and forms of the 5th floor erected and lifted and concrete not caste since first week of March 2009.
You live in UAE not like many other investors living abroad, Do you have any another information about the project, Did you took any productive action or just spending time
