Did you see any signs of construction in any project? With so many unfinished towers dotting Emirates City, even if some of them eventually get completed, who will dare to live there? R Holding had better quickly come clean on the fate of Emirates City - their signature freehold development - for they are sitting on millions of dirhams of investors' money.

I am not a resident of UAE but from what I hear and get the update, I do not see the situation improving in coming days, seems like it is going to turn more worst then better, looking on the negative side is: Onhold Projects, No construction, No water, No power, No airport as Ajman govt. is out of money, No resident Visa, to me there seems to be no Positive signs at all which could improve the situation.
I have already invested quite a big amount (around AED 780,000) in various projects in ajman and to say, I was stupid enough to continue making more payments with PDC, TT, etc due to cancellation threats and hoping for the situation to turn around into a favourable one so that atleast I could get 75% of my investment back.
I have decided not to pay anymore, I know I will lose very big amount (which is my life savings) but would not like to take any more chances. I would advise all of you not to pay until you are confident that you will not lose any more. Even the apartment swap seems to be a scam to get more cash from the already financially cripiled investors. However, the decision is yours!!!
