Dear Freinds,
I see everybody disappointed by hearing new rule of UAE to apply resident visa.
But I want to say I am happy to hear that which may move property market hopefuly. minimum price from 1 milion Derhams will encourage developers to play on prices one more time to approch minimum level until buyers be interested to investing for getting resident visa by buying properties. That means our investing would move to profit more and developers would be more interested to fast projects up to show new investers about progressing of plans.

I was there in EC last Friday at noon(1st May) and I saw workers are busy on buildings specialy Chapal projects also I went to workers camp and saw they are there even in Friday. Some workers could be seen in project yard who cut new wood plate for making concret fram.
I could not take too much pictures cause of no officiall permission but some general pictures from whole plant which will put on post for you.

I was happy to see that opposit side of project was also on good process then few month before.
I am also interested to share my information with you all after talking with Chapal customer service manager regarding to process payment according to delay, I was told that all buyers would be responsible to make payment up to 40% and rest will postpond to completeion date which means no payment by about 1 year or half more.
