New deadline for Lavender Tower

According the the latest update from R Holding
The new deadline for the Lavender tower is Aug 2012 Sad .
The contractor is suppose to be working on site and delivering a monthly report to ARRERA to get his payment Puzzled
Returning the money back to the inverstors due to defaulting the contract is out of the question

With the current progress rate I doubt that they will be able to deliver on the new deadline. But for some reason they expect us to keep paying them otherwise they have the right to cancel the contract without compensating the investor for all the money he has put in to this project

Lavender handover date

Hi,

I've called last week R Holding and ask them about the handover date. According to one of R Holding's staffs is the new handover date August 2011

Aug 2011 NOT 2012

Sorry it for the typo, the deadline should be Aug 2011 not Aug 2012, I guess it was my inner mind speaking, but let us be realistic, Lavender tower is now at slab 23 out of 50 slabs which means that the contract has to complete 27 slab and the finishing withing the next 18 months, judging by the history of the contractor I think he will not be able to meet this deadline.
