Need to go straight to the top
I have been trying to get a refund from rholding, my emails go unanswered, I have called customer services several times now and have been told that the management are not giving refunds. I have explained that they are in breach of contract and that i should be entitled to a full refund.
As customer services are unable to do anything further, I have managed to get details of the person responsible for the decision and will be writing to him,

I have read many posts about being positive and giving them a chance, but so far my experience is that they will rewrite the rule book to suit them, there is no transparancy and communication is very poor.
