My friend met an advocate couple of months back, who told him to arrange at least 25 people, so that he can arrange for a press conference; which might appear in newspapers to get attention of rulers; but, we were unable to get 25 people. This is the only solution he (advocate) found after reading the contract.

I have discussed the case with two advocates. They both say we have good chance of winning. The problem is that the court fee is Dirham 30,000 to have the contract with the builder terminated and layer fee is around the same. The court fee will be returned when you win the case.

I submitted my contract to stargiga for signing but they never returned to me and I dont have a copy of it. Can someone please load a copy of the contract or email me at saeedurrehman@yahoo.com.

We can also ask the lawyer to reduce the fees if I can get more people who are interested to file a case against stargiga. Please let me know if you are interested in filing the lawsuit on my email address. If you live in dubai, its even better, you can talk to the lawyer as I am not based in dubai.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
