Update pictures are shameful for Esskay developer because he did not fulfill ARRA requirements after submitting only simple application 4 months ago (i.e on 20/04/2009 as shown in images ),cheating and deceiving the investors once again. No body should believe and ask why he is halted and not processing the documents for Escrow account in ARRA :?

I Have same question, what is authorities doing?
Developer crooks are going free and they are very safe in Ajman, this is provoking me and for sure other people who also have been cheated.
