Cancellation
Dear Ms.Nouf
is it correct that an anvestor can not cancel his reservation anymore due to ARRA rules? and if he can cancel it, how much can he get back of the money he already paid to the developer?

When is the deadline for them to must have escrow account and finish registration?
i just called my self at
i just called my self at 12:15 UAE time and them told me esskay is NOT regesterd and is NOT in the process . i said are you sure?
she said 100% sure

Really this is too much, the above mail is sent to me by Nouf and as per him they are in process, and now when i called them again and one of the gentelmen told me they (Esskay ) are in the process of registration his name i was not able to understand.

we are very surprised when heard this news that some developers are still under process for their registration and opening escrow a/c whilst ARRA already declared 1st May dead line .We do not know
why Arra is not punishing and taking action against them.
Every one discouraged and got a great shock to hear 6 months visa new rules by the govt ,in which UAE govt restricted more than 1 m Dhs. property price .It means that totally emirates city investors are out to get visa now every body will think multi times to take part in investment .
