Is there any MR Tower Invester on this forum, What is the Status of MR Tower Construction, cause they have taken PDC and as per there site its under Construction but very slow.

we should wait until May 1st to see how ARRA will resolve the situation with esskay.
The developer is not sending out contracts, and not returning investors money.

I beleive they are lying to every one, recently i have visited them and again same promisses that they are in process for arra registration, but i am very surprise to know about the contract i have recently signed and returned to them and as per this forum they didnt return to anyone, i am very concern and stress because i have given them post dated checks, any suggestion how to get it back. Yesterday i have visited to the site and was very disappointed to see the progress its look they are working just to show the investors only few labors working on the same ground level still.
Surprisingly no one so far has done registration with arra except sweet homes, the complete EC is pending still.

MRC15, I am sorry, I had the same disappointment when I visited there too. I also visited the company itself, scary small hole in the wall.
If I get a penny out of them, I will be happy.

to everyone, get a lawyer, find other investors filing complaints against esskay and do group action against esskay.
