Whoever are the builders behind MR Tower, they deserve praise for going ahead and finishing it instead of waiting for the rest of the Emirates City builders. On the other hand, the others have either abandoned their projects or keep asking investors for swaps in towers that somehow never seem to get completed.
Hopefully atleast few towers will be completed if not by developer then Rholding , do something new where the investor sentiment will be back in market ..
well sir , i appreciate the efforts your doing in this matter without your posts this site the only window to get in touch with so called victims of emirates city wud be dead by now . i remember you when we met in a meeting organised by a law firm , since then i havent see you ... i tried to contact many ppl whom i met in the meeting but i find all are busy with their work . no time to follow up . then few of us came together and decided to visit chapal office , the office looks deserted by then , we met a guy who did not had any good answer for our questions ..he was quoating that the project is delayed nd he is not sure when the work will resume . again we came back empty hand. myself once visited ARRA . they gave me something written in arabic , they told me the only way to get back money is court . but again they are not sure . now awaiting to get the money back ..keeping hope nd faith in God almighty
