Hello there, how many investors in MR Tower are out there?
I see they have an ESCROW account but are they now registered with ARRA anyone know?

I belief that among the factors of creating the current mess in Emirates city is the Naivety of a considerable numbers of investors, which attracted scammers developers to take advantage of that.
Any Developer can’t open escrow account if he didn’t already registered with ARRA.

I wrote such a post to try and obtain information which seems to so contradicting. I have approached ARRA and they say Esskay have no Escrow account and are not registered. Now I read from both Esskay and ARRA that MR Tower has an Escrow account but the list of approved registered developers from ARRA does not show them as listed.
Now if it were easy to talk to ARRA and sort out the confusion I would have done so and not needed to write my post.
If dirty flies as you call the developers are feeding it is down to the authorities to clean up their yard and police it......
I called ARRA and talked to them clearly and in length.
MR tower is approved to "continue" as a project. therefore the escrow account was approved by ARRA.
Esskay the developer is NOT approved, not liscensed, not labled as ajman developer.
The distinction between the two reflects the reality of Ajman.
In any other part of the world, this wouldnt happen. Unapproved developer develing a project? how can they?
in ajman they can, because the registration process occured after the fact, so they dont want to see incomplete buildings, so they approved the buildings, but dont necessary mean the developer will be approved.
Thats a good point by ajman flat. I would like to know what does the developer require to register and whom has ARRA approved .In that case we need an approved developer list too.
All of us should start asking ARRA abt this too.
Its really shocking not to see goldcrest on approved project list yet.So we cann't be sure abt the others too.

i bought a flat in mr tower,, but im not sure if they finsh it to the end,,, i have paid about %30 of it but i have stopped paying since december 2008 and they keep emailing me to pay or i may lose my unit,, plzzzzzzz if any1 paying or have any advise what shall i do i'll be so greatful.

Either MR Tower or any other tower, who ever is paying is losing more n more.

who will provide electricity , water,sewage, basic road, mosque, school, shops etc., etc.,

If you pay any penny in EC you will loose all, i stopped payment in one of my project long time ago and i am happy on my decisions even though i lost big amount but i saved little too.
And if you know any thing about EC most of the developer are moving there client to other project like Al KHOR tower, Horizon tower Etc. This shows that EC will not be coming up in near future.
Even if some crook still putting some labor on site to make fool to their client.
I absolutely agree with you, I made the mistake of paying till mid 2009 although I should have stopped by end 2008 and still regret why I kept on beliving the developer, ARRA and continued payment to Star GIGA for GCD1 project.
The lesson I learned is do not belive them, (Developers and ARRA), they have their plan to grab what ever they can and the investor will be the looser. I would not pay even a single cent more.
But I wold not like to give away my money which I have paid to the developer and will keep on fighting to get it back.
MR Tower will do the same as others did, make the structure grab the money from investor and then investor wont be able to do any thing.
Because No Dev can complete the building in EC at least now for 10 yrs of time, if you visit EC you will find many buildings with structure but no hope to complete the building ever.
By looking worldwide economic condition hope is very little.

I would not trust any developers of emirates city and would not like to pay them any more as it seems to me, that this place in the short run would not be suitable for humans.
The prices has also fallen rock bottom , which adds to my decision not pay as the end result would be losing more money.
No one should pay any more money as once all the projects are complete the price will drop 50% more and that would be the opportunity to buy 1 bed flat at Dhs 120,000 or near.
If you still have to pay around 150,000 lets say, then buy a studio apartment in International City and rent it out for 20,000 Dhs and recover your paid money in EC flats.
MR Tower or any other tower near future no Hope, and it is not wise to keep your hard earn money in Developer Pocket.
