6 months ago ARRA told all of us to stop paying, until today, esskay do not have escrow, you shouldnt be paying.
Once escrow is established, you should ask for
1-delivery date confirmation in your contract
2- revised payment plan linked to construction progress
3- clauses in your new contract showing delays penalties as MR Tower so far didnt show much progress in construction and most likely will not meet original deadlines of 2011 completion
4- gurantees in your contract for electricity. Not generators and therefore monthly charges.
once you obtain all these in your new contract, you can decide to continue paying, otherwise, your just wasting your money.
