hi everybody.if you know mr imran its better you know he is in jail.he is incarge of one real state who sold crimpson cour tower i think.i saw 2 owner who came from canada to complain to the court.
they bought complete floor.!if u know this person pls make an investigation about him!!!!!

yes you are right, i heard about it, this building is at A18 EC, promoted by Al barakah group which went bankrupt , several cheques bounced, they introduced several projects worth billions of aed in EC, Humaid City and some other Ajman projects.
all money given to them is gone. i really suggest to investors to keep close watch on developers specially those who are delaying constructions endlessly by saying this and that... dont give more money until you see progress by your own eyes.. its good to pay delay penalty than putting whole money on risk...
i heard rumours about some other developers too but cant say anything until something confirmed..

is sure mr imran on jail if yes in wich country canada or dubai becuase i am one of the victame of crimson court tower after i invest more than 80% . i obserb that no any tower so i am to worrey about my money just i wait & pray to get any solution .
This is not the only case
Other developers like imran were giving buy back guarantee to buyers and their destiny will be the same as imran khan, they live their rest of life in jail.
Let's wait and see what will happen, but so far construction is stopped and the overall status is completely unknown.
So funny, i dont know if we should laugh or cry. but in all cases we can not do anything so far, except stopped paying the installements

ive bought property from imran khan in mid 2008. Upon my request he resold my property and paid me returns better then what i was expecting.
If he is in jail how will we get our money? can anybody answer this. After two years of this problem i realise that lawyers only want money and they do not care about solving the problem. They will push clients to make a case and for what? Untill now has ANY investor who made a case been returned their money?!
the reality is that as long as hes in jail we can forget about our money.
he cant come out because people with cheques have made casses and the same people cant get there money because he is in jail. . its a catch 22. anybody have a solution?!
