I have burnt my life saving in emirates city, my recent visit to EC was very disappointed, only few tower are standing out of 90 tower of EC, some Developer are making fool to their client by putting some labor on site.
But there is no infrastructure no facility in the range of 12 Km, there were 900 tower were announced on different project on Emirates road, all have been cancelled, imagine out of 900 tower only may be 14 or 15 are have reached till the half structure, this will never gonna comeup atleast 20 to 25 years of time after that still doughtfull.
So Please dont burn your hard earning money and dont pay to these crooks anymore, just forget the past and move again.

Lost

Same thing happen with me, even after paying above 50% where tower is only reached less than 20%, developer is harassing me by phone calls to pay more, but i have decided i ll not pay even a single penny, what ever is lost is lost.....But not anymore......

yes no more payment

I paid more 84% and bought 2 flats in FH in EC and trying since Ot 2010 to get solution for this but nothing only lies from these crooks(FH, Almasah, R holding, ARRA).
Lets co-operate all investors and face these theives.
