Midex Project - Emirates City Tower, the construction is totally stopped from last more than 2 years now.
Midex Real Estate, the developers, have switched 3 offices in last year and now come to stage of , 1 table and 2 Chairs in a borrowed office space.
All files and records are in a box. Which have no further record and evidences.
I had recently couple of meetings with the developer, ARRA and with some other developers to exchange. No positive and fruitful replies at the moment.
I visit the D-15 plot. It is death desert, even the piling work is vanishing in the sands. The whole thing is slowly losing.
May Allah be guide with all of us. but it seems Midex could close any day with just leaving your claims papers in your hand.
When i asked a refund, they say They dont have Any Money. When i asked to write an official statement for me that they dont have any money to build the project or refund our deposit, they say if you want to play official, then wait for us, we will issue an official letter with ARRA rule to pay us minimum 30% payments of your flats and if you didn't pay then we will cancel your flats anyway. OR if you understand simple english,
they say: FORGET YOUR MONEY. ITs GONE.
Inshallah Allah will punish them is this world and burn them in hell.
They have cheated the poor investors of their hard earn life savings. The cheaters also include ARRA's bosses and the govt. of ajman who are party to this fraud and they will also be punished in this world and burned in hell
Why cant we unite and push them to resolve our cases and if possible refund our money but if not then give us some value for money substitute deals. so we can atleast hold something instead of just claim papers...
i have been informed that ECT is cancelled and they offered to shift to another project. i sent an email to mack-khan long time ago but i didnt recieve any reply. i dont know what can be the solution. but what they say about the official solution, i think most of the investors have already paid more than 30%. long time ago before the problem started. and since that time they didn't do anything. everybody was paying regularly but there was no progress at the site. whenever we asked they say piling work is in progress. what the hell piling is that which needs 2 years to finish. they are cheating.
it is correct that they dont have money, of course they won't be having money because they already stolen it.

If we do court case... will take around 50,000/- Aed for a case n decent lawyer to fight out case....
This is option 1: if many people from us is willing to take the stand.... bt then we need people who r in uae... to take stand and take responsibility
to follow up with lawyers and court.
Option 2: take an sensible exchange deal, wich could be a better choice.... but this option would require as many investors we can unite and force Middex and ARRA to give us ... any deal which value for money at this recession time...!!!
People think of a better deal here.... and talk to them, force them all together... so we can get smthg out of this.... this wont take much time and resources, we all do this at the same time....!!!
