Message from Lake View Office - not confirmed

Dear All,

Today during our visit to Lakeview Office we came to know the following:

1) The contract for LVT1/2/3 has been awarded to Al Batha Real Estate LLC. They will take care of everything including approvals and updating the investors. Contact person is Mr Abubakr Abuzeid ( Finance Manager ). Contract is signed by Mr Aman Qureshi on date 12 May 09.

2) Registration with ARRA is in the final stages.

3) Lakeview is shifting their office to new location in Sheikh Zayed Rd.......details will be communicated to investors.

4) Work on site will resume soon.........Mr Abubakr will give schedule in 2-3 days. 18 months is the time allocated for building completion.

5) Those who have flats in LVT4/5 will be offered an exchange in LVT1/2/3.

So hope for the best and pray to GOD. Now we have to fight for the infrastructure.

LVRE Contract with Al Batha RE

Yes, I have seen the contract in Lakeview Office but the whole text was in Arabic and hence could not read it.
The name of the contractor was in English. Also met Mr Abubakar of Al Batha in LVRE premises.

BUt this was posted in the lakeview owners group email....which I somehow got added too....

I guess Lake view made a owners group in google...and sent everybody that initial email.....and someone just replied to it saying the above.

thanks so much for your replay.you mention that today during our vist to office of lake view real estate you got neu information about starting to build the tower and zitra.i asked you they have show you the agreement which they sign it with constraction company al batha.or just sayed like that .but it easy to chacke it if you can call Finance Manger of Albatha company to ask him if they sign with them such agreement ..please try to find out .thanks and hope you wil replay .

Just talked to Finance Manger Mr. Abubakar

Hi Guys,
It looks like that news is true about lake view, I just talked to Mr Abubakr a finance manager from Al Batha Real State LLC wher he confirme that the news is true and they are taking care of building LVT 1,2,3. He said that construction will resume next week as they are about to prepare a list of all investors who bought in Lake view to confirm the new contract they had with lake view. I pray to god that everything will go smoothly. Below is the contact info of Mr. Abubakar where he is so pleased to comunicate with all investors.....

I have checked with Mr. Abu Bakar from Al Batha Real Estate LLC and according to him whatever Ms Annua said is true.
He is a Finance Manager of AL BATHA REAL ESTATE LLC Ajman and there office phone number is 06-7447778 and Mob. - 050-7161885.
I just pray that they will resume work as soon as possible. Hope for the best INSHALLAH.

To Mr. SUKRI

Can you tell me from where you get this information that Lake View Real Estate do not have Agreement with AL BATHA REAL ESTATE LLC. I spoke to Mr. Abu Bakar regarding the Agreement copy and he provided me same in the morning and he told me that he will let me know about the Contracting Agreement maximum by Monday.

So please do not write anything without confirmation.

Ok, it is really intresting now. Al Batha Group company as the link below http://www.albathagroup.com/contact.htm has confirmed that they have no Real Estate company in Ajman.
Are there two different companies called same name "Al Batha Real Estate" in both Sharjah and Ajman?

You can call and hear the answer. And Al Batha Group has confirmed that they have no Real Estate company in Ajman. I really don't know which Mr. Abubakr you are talking to, and from which company?

Wow,

What a situation we all are in! The number given to us does not belong to Al Batha group but to another compnay (could be Al Batha but a small one). It seems Mr Abu Bakr was also involved in crown residencia (check his email). Where are we going from here? We need a solution. GOD help us.

I am planning to visit Lake view on Saturday and have sum fun with them. Let us hope that they are still there. Any one else planning to see them on Saturday?

Just talked to Finance Manger Mr. Abubakar

Guys again i just talked to Mr. Abubakr, he is sitting right now with contractor "Babel Construction Company", he told me that their website is albatharealestate.com but is under construction for some update. he confirmed that he will post the contract agreement in our forum. So far he looked very dynamic he said that contruction will start next week.

AL BATHA REAL ESTATE

Yeah i have seen the copy of Agreement between AL BATHA REAL ESTATE LLC and LAKE VIEW REAL ESTATE . Acc to me it is 100% Genuine let's see if Lake View has been mde some progress in real.I think it is a good news that now we have a contractor's name with us (Babel Contracting). Keep your finger crossed. I have checked with one of my freind that AL BATHA is located in Ajman in Escape Tower where most of the resident are from AIR ARABIA Airlines.
