Meeting
It is my suggesstion that meeting be developerwise...because then the problems can be focused and solved.
Then there should be a chosen representative of each developer group....these representatives should meet separately for further action with ARRA and R holding.
This way it will be more planned and focused. Meeting place can be any park as the climate is good subject to the condition that there are only so many people who can hear each other w/o a mike.
If more people then some other venue.

If meeting is to b developerwise but some towers r having very few members or only one member so such ppl shuld b allowed to join the main developers(r holdings) group as they also need to focus on their problems and they can add to our strength.
