Mehwal Contracting
Can some one inform about the credibility/capabilities of "Mehwal Contracting" ?
It is important to know about Mehwal Contracting, as they are the contractor of many projects in EC. As far as I know, they are the contractor for the follwoing towers.
1- C 10 (Furqan Tower 1)
2- C 11 (Furqan Tower 2)
3- C 17 (Lake View Tower 1)
4- C 20 (Green ..... Tower)
5- C 21 (Crown Residencia)
6- C 22
Someone has informed on this forum, that Mehawal has stopped the construction at C 17 , due to non payment of their due. Ther is no progress at C21 and C22 also duringlast 20 days.
Any update will clarify the matter.

he is also the contractor of B22, but the developer is telling that his project B22 is delayed due to slow progress of contractor "al mehwal " and the developer is trying to give the project to another contracting company , but I have some doubts that the problem is created by the developer who may be not willing to pay the dues of the contractor al mehwal and trying to break the contract in order to sign a new one with another contracting company trying to save money due to the decrease of the cost of building materials.
Any one know about al mehwal contracting company ,, is this contractore stopped the construction in all his projects because he cannot afford or the problem is created by the developers?????
