1. R Holding - Its your prestigious project and now your date is Oct. 2011 asking money from investors with that date prove it.
2. Adanan saffirani - What for you are paid? are you responsible or not towards R Holding Image and reputation?
3. Abou seif - Can you follow the date which promised by R Holding? we know you can't as per your past performance.
4. Investor - We have always fooled by above three parties and how long we become fooled, take this chart and discuss with R Holding.
I am worried about H.H. Sheikh Rashid as his own prestige and attitude towards his commitments are on stack, hope he can tight the screw of the responsible agencies to fulfill his commitments to the world ( as investors are belongs to around the world and faith him personally and his organisation)

Have you made a complain with ARRA, I would suggest at-least to register your complain. I would advise you not to pay any more as the more you pay the more you will lose.
I have also received termination notice from Star GIGA for GCD1 and have made a complain but so far no action has been taken by ARRA.
R Holding - Lilies Tower
Dear All,
My brother bought one unit in Lilies Tower since he was laid off after the 2008-2009 recession i was helping him paying the instalment. However, due to long delay in finishing the project, many people told me to stop paying. The contract says that the due date is Mid 2009, but up to date it seems its not finished yet.
However, my brother just received (january 2012) a termination note saying that as per the contract since instalment paymnet was stoped for over a year now, the contract is terminated and the seller (R Holding) has the right to re-sell the unit. The problem is that my brother has left to our home country since his lay off, i am in Kuwait (married woman) and unable to follow up about the unit and frankly do not have the knowledge or know how on what to do. We have paid a littel about the 1/3 of the contract value which is a very good amount of money that is not fair to loose. Can anyone help or tell me what to do, noting that i can not travel easily to UAE :(

What is so scary is that R-holding is the master developer, R-holding's CEO is the son of the ruler of Ajman, yet R-holding's records are just as bad if not worse than all the other developers in EC. How can we trust that a company ( R-holding), which is unable to be an example to other developers, will actually be able to provide a master community with a mall, lakes, streets etc. ? I have lost all faith in R-Holding, the ruler of Ajman and to some extend even to the central government of the UAE in Abu Dhabi.

R Holding - Targeted 76.5% in 17 months
Very important R holding has 13 projects out of 49 registered projects from ARRA at Emirates city and if we calculate there over all performance against these 13 projects they have completed on 23.5% projects in past three years.
What we can expect from R Holing that how they can complete rest 76.5% towards their 13 projects ( D01, D02, B02-B07, C02, C03, C04) in next 17 months.
Progress in 36 months = 23.5%
Progress targeted in 17 months = 76.5%
Well we have the right to ask how they can achieve the target to save the reputation of their owner.
If considering Lilies and Lavender as per ARRA its completed 24% and 26% respectively so further average 75% project to be completed in coming 17 months, looks very very impossible as they took 3 years 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 to achieve 25% progress.
Is R Holding , ARRA, Adanan Saffirani and Abou seif are really going to prove their ability? or by next January 2011 they simply says that the new completion date will be Dec 2012.
Wait and ready to listen same sentences from the management / customer service staff " They are now very serious, they have just finished the meeting with consultant and contractor they have promised to H.H. Sheikh that they will achieve the new completion date of December 2012, this time H.H. Sheikh involve personally and ensuring the progress of towers, PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR PAYMENT otherwise R Holding will CANCEL your contract and SELL / SWAP to some one else"

Dates from Dec 2009 to May 2010
Dear forum members I would like to confirm here that dates of the slab casting may differ from December 2009 to May 2010 as I have really left the intrest on this project since Decemeber 2009, but the information as on date is correct and completion time will refelect the same.
As per the chart calculations this project can't be completed before May 2012 and its 7 months after the new dates given by R Holding and as per the past experience it will delay further.
So please don't except anything from this trio ( R Holding + Abou seif + Adanan Safirrani) before December 2012.
And Finally
ARRA - Well what we can speak about them, No commets as we are still not understand what for ARRA has been developed, infact lots of project become on slow pacw after their presence, no attitude to perform as chief...... :? :? :? :sick:
lilie and Lavender towers
Hi Bro Dwarish,
Do you have any recent info. about the progress of those towers. As shown in their web page both towers were in 19 and 15 residential floors on 1//5/2010. Just curious if they doing two floors per week or same as usual poor performance of abu seif.

Progressing - But slow

They are progressing but 20 days one slab and 5 days delay for each slab as they targeting.
Nothing going to complete before we all pay for 6 Years means before 2013, believe me......
They will repeat the same story on December 2010 / 2011 and 2012 also "HH Sheikh is very active now to resolve the problem of contractor and ......"
