I agree with Admin...This is our investment and the money we have paid which is stuck there in the middle of desert. We should actively negotiate with developers and master developers to secure our investment. We should take part and propose some solutions actively. We should be united to get the result.

For the start, I suggest we sign a letter or petition to ARRA and inform them that we are ready to negotiate to developers and their representatives to show our commitment to continue paying to the developers, instead we need that due to changes in the market and cost of construction. they reduce the prices reasonably to share the profit with the investors.

If we get the prices down to a reasonable level and renegotiate our contracts with developers. We should go ahead and pay construction-tied installments regularly to make this project a success. If the project fails, we lose our money. The Ajman government and developers never lose anything at all.....keep this in mind please....Because they are rulers and they can play with rules to change everything suddenly. That's quite easy for them. Like what they did with guaranteed Residence Visa and hit the market in face.
