Executives of BL Properties are very well established in Karachi, Pakistan. They have done an international fraud and been able to run away. What the government of Ajman was doing? How can a developer steal moey from investors all over the globe and escape back to Pakistan?
We invested in BL Properties only because they were in UAE. We all should write to the Ruler of Ajman and the Ruler of UAE, to help get our life savings back from BL. Also this should be filed a fraud case with Interpol. Soon I will get their addresses in Pakistan and will be able to post these here.
A Collective effort ,from all the victims of all BL Properties projects, is needed to get back our money.

It's better if it have a lot of person for begin a legal action because now we have a good reason, they run up.

most of the companies will be Ltd, so they know we can't touch them. BL boss is a busy man pretending to be mr charitable when he's in Pakistan. Thieving Bast**d thats what he is really along with his crooked team MR Khurram Burney and co. They planned this from day 1.

Options to bust Mr. Hunaid Lakhanai
Many options are still at least on the paper;-
1. Filing a complaint in AARA
2. Present our case in mass numbers in front a press conference
3. Filing a Police report in UAE
4. Suing the UAE Government for not protecting our rights
5. Filing a joint case with INTERPOL against Lakhani and his associates
6. Contacting Media in Pakistan, to espose these thieves who pose to be "Charity" persons
And so on.............
Lets get united, it is our life saving and we cannot let any bastards to take this money and disappear.
Must unite against BL Properties
We must unite to get back our hard earned money. We need to setup a data base of all the people affected by BL, so that we can meet from time to time to take a collective action against Hunaid Lakhani and his company.

I had tried earlier in Aug 2010 to make a police complaint and i took all my documents with me but the police told me that this is a civil case and you have to make case in the court. I never tried anything again as i don't have the money to pay to the lawyers etc. Pls update if u have any success as i highly doubt it... Wish u all the best

Action against BL:
Would it be worth considering writing a letter to the UAE/Ajman Embassy and to the Police signed by as many investors as possible to add some weight to it?
We need to highlight the issue, if it starts to get some media attention then maybe the government of Ajman will then act under pressure. Otherwise BL will simply sit in Pakistan with all the funds getting fatter.
There seems to be very few people voicing concerns in regard to this BL fraud. BL sold majority of the apartments so what's happened to the majority of investors, have people simply accepted loss and given huge sums to BL for nothing.

We cannot allow Hunaid Lakahani to swallow our hard earned money just like that. We must grab him from his neck to get our money back. So plz get together and act now. Use any means to reach him and force him to pay back our money.
This is an international fraud and Ajman govt. is to be equally blamed for our losses. They must compensate us from the Escrow account/ bank gaurentees of the developer or any other way, How can Govt. allows dacoits to come from other countries to start a company in Ajman, steal our money and runaway? Where is the Law?
