Let sued against sweet home for stopping remaing payment
We already paid half of the payment. According to contract we should pay remaining balance after handing over. No body knows when the construction will finish. The way the work is going on it would be finish in 2013 or after. Sweet homes insists different meaning of the contract. Lets go to the court where all clarification of the contract will be solved according to the law. If we win no need to pay till handig over or if we lose we have to continue our payment which we are going to do. We are not losing anything except legal fees which will be not much in ccompare to our investment or peace of mind.

totally agree with you saad, lets stop payment & wait thier response, no need to go to court for the time being unless they do so ( which I dont think as they are the one who violated the contract), I have no problem with this, but the problem with some investors who handed (cheque drafts) to sweathomes? correct me if Im wrong?
I hope that all investors agree on a unified movement that make us in astronger position
