Ok...Purchased in 2007, 2 bedroom apt in B9 tower. Paid Half already. Should have been handover end of 2008 as said in contract. Now, not paying anymore money until they handover property. Even if i have to lose that money i am not putting anymore money towards those thieves until the tower is ready and keys in hand. I think no-one should pay anymore money. Already half has been paid and efforts has been made on our side, now let them show us the efforts they do on their side.... Fed up of listening to ---- Let me see some realistic action and work, and i will show you money. Before that. I am not going to let you --- me more than you have yet! Guys...wake up!!! Disneyland is in Paris....not in Dubai... Be realistic and manage your money carefully!! It s important! For your life and family. Don t give your money in a country where there is no laws and you have no rights in getting even 1% of your money back. The more money you give, the more you will lose if you re not able to make your payment the way they want you to make it.
One advise: If you have made 50 % of your payments, Tell them they will have the rest on completion. From now, don t pay anymore and let them show you some realistic work from their side. Dont let them fool you.
I am a journalist for a french newspaper and is building an article on the UAE property market that should be published middle of 2010. Trust me, the article will open your eyes on what the reality is in the UAE!!!
