i am thinking of taking legal action against a developer in Emirates City. I was just wondering if anyone has used Emirates Advocates before? are they a legitimate company?
As to real estate, you are not protected in UAE so you will not be given right legal advice because there are not real estate laws, even if there are some, they do not work. It is just wasting of some more money.Do ever Ajman and Dubai rulers think about the fact that rights of tousands of foreign investors are rudely violated in their country and what efect it will have on the country?
save yourself from parting with any money. these are well orchastrated scams.officials are well aware but turn a blind eye.i am convinced they are part of this fraud.
