Thanks Tellisi for your comments on my call. It is not a matter of returning our money only, legal action is needed to protect the money we have paid and fight for the best position we can obtain in this big mess created by the developers in Ajman. They have collected our money used it somewhere else as we all know, which is very embarrassing for Ajman. I am sure the Government of Ajman will help us if we speak in one voice. I do not agree with those who say there is no law in Ajman, the problem is that single developers are not able to achieve anything if they only complain and cry on the forum. Even Sweet Homes might respond in a sensible manner and accept to give in to most of our legitimate demands if they see we are speaking in one voice through a professional lawyer who knows how to handle and negotiate all the complications of the present position. If they insist on not listening and continue with their present unfair stand, then we have a lot of steps to take, including arbitration which is a field I am specialised in, before we reach to a court case. We can only do that if we have a large group committed to this call so that the high costs expected can be shared with each memebr paying a small amount of money compared to his investment which is at great risk now. I have bought 3 flats from Sweet Homes and am prepared to pay 3 shares of the suggested individual contribution of AED 3000.
