Hi,

Is there any body who recently in touch with some lawyer and had his contract reviewed.
If yes please let all of us know your experience. What is the lawyer suggestion for stopping the payment
or in case if buyer is on default.

I'll appreciate If some one could provide me Lawyer contact information ( Phone, Email, Website) etc.

I would like to have my contract with Rainbow Tower (B14) Sweet Homes reviewed by him.

Legal action

Out of 278 members who have voted on the payment poll, I noticed 3% have taken legal action....Can some of these members give us more info if it is possible....thanx

I have a feeling that all the attorneys in uae just like to play office and have tea parties... Every single developer in emiratescity is in breach of the contract, but shockingly not a single attorney has taken a case to the ajman court..Why???? What we bought is lemon, but unfortunately uae does not have a lemon law...
