Dear all ;
I was one of investor who bought an unit from Sweethomes in B7.
There are 8 installment which is after completion.But sweethomes asked to pay on time and do not accept to re-schedule payment according to new time of completion.
They insist that installment should be paied ontime without change.
I am worry that after sometime they sell my unit.
Any lawyer or real estate who can help me.Please contact me.

Respect Contract

If they can not deliver the apartment as per agreed date you have all the right to say NO on their face, tell them to respect the contract thats all, you are not asking anything out side the contract.

Write them and send the copy to ARRA as well, and wait for the reply, but always try to get a written confirmation for future reference.

Payment plan

The developers had the following payment plan in their Reservation Contract (much popularized in leading newspapers –SEE ATTACHEMENT).
Payment upto 50 % of the value until the projects completion,
25% upon delivery,
and the remaining 25% after handover.
Now the ESCROW account must strictly enforce this plan, as 50 % payment is supposed to be after completion. If this payment plan is not implemented then it amounts to violation of the contract by the developers.

Do not pay

Don't pay out of contract, and stick on the contract only, they can not simpaly make us fool..... Ask for compansation and its for all the investore.... please show your unity here

Do not be afraid. I agree with Tuma. Do not pay a penny more till completion.
To whom will they sell? Will they sell the whole Towers?
