This is the progress chart of Lavender Tower (D01).
How to Read -
Please read the picture from the bottom to top, respective date of slab casting mentioned and compare with normal timing of construction accordingly delay of days come to last column.
Its only 3 days away from the promised hand over date, which can be read on last right column, 365 days reserved for the finishing job (This contractor may need double the time, so completion date will go further to 2013).
If contractor will work with the same pace its predicted that till today project is almost 2.5 years delay and any early date of hand over will be January 2012.
The time can be saved with regular casting of slabs in 7 days or 10 days , each balance slabs can save 5 days means 35 x 5 = 175 = 6 months can be saved but they have to performed.
Please remember after 3 days R Holding should have to hand over the apartment, you can check with the image of lavender tower (Right bottom), clearly marked where we reached today.
R Holding - Please come up and say that yes you are delayed with minimum 2.5 years and stop collecting money for minimum next 1 year till you complete the structural work.

I have stoped my payments to R Holding! Because I have asked them to confim me that I have, according to my contract, just three installment years to pay before handover, but they didn't it till now! And the other point is they should pay us the rental for our flat from 01.01.2010 till handover!
If they fulfill this conditions, then I continue the installments, otherwise they can forget it!

We all know that charlsestate working for the marketing and cash collection counter for developer R Holding, they used our forum to sell their staff owned flats it's true that R holding staff booked numbers of apartments with both Lavender & Lilies they all know internally that now these projects are not that much profitable as in 2006, resulting they want to sell it off to the other panic investors with the good margin. They are still playing with the emotion of poor , middle class investors. When we tried to show them mirror at this forum they run away it's a time please come forward and set an example in front of other B class developer and motivate investors to speak posative about you.

Delay in the hand over date
Now that the delay in the hand over date is inevitable, and R holding is keeping quiete about the subject, what can the investors do to ensure a fair deal? I am still paying the agreed installments but not sure how long I am gonna continue to do so because it is a one way traffic= just paying with no return on sight. Additionally, it does not help when R Holding is not coming out to outline thir position in relation to the delays issue and how it is gonna address the investor's anxieties. It is pretty frastrating, isnt it.
Erection of Lift - D01, D02
After reaching to 20th floor, in any high rise construction contractor prefer to have one or two lifts in service out of eight as designed.
The lift supplier generally supports as they always happy to work in clear space means after completing the structural work, but again they are supportive to the contractor to help with lift without mechanical room and with temporary movable supports.
Have additional means of transport to up&down same time give lots of flexibility which save considerable time in construction.
But here the contractor and developer are very unprofessional to deal or line up the activities, here no one held responsible if slab delay by a day or 10 days.
Developer and contractor missing the professionals and penalty being paid by the investors.
