Lavender Tower on 2nd Dec 2010, rachead 35 Slabs , the good news is there is some progress, the bad news is there is still long way to go, in my estimatation if they keep the same paste it will take R holiding another year and a half to deliver the tower

Does anyone know if there has been progress since the last pictures were put up in December?
Would reaaly appreciate it if someone who lives close by can post some progress pics for the Lavender tower (D1) thanks.

Still Same ..

Still Same No Progress since yrs on these towers, just to make fool to investors they just putting few labors on sites thats it....

@Drarwish, I totally agree with you, there isn't much we can do about it other than waithing and it will defintaly take another two years to finish this project, may be R holiding want to achieve some world longs construction period

@Oshurie: you are wellcome, I'll try to post some pictures evey now and then to keep the comunity members posted

Dea Sarmadmn,
Thank you very much for you report, it is vital to get information from people like you and as always with Dwarish, with gloomy situation in real estate in ajman, however little progress it is still releif as most of the tower stalled and no reporting of any prgress. all we have to wait is any sign of recovery of the financial market which is connected to real estate.

Completion of D1 & D2

Please note the way its progressing, It's not at all possible to complete even at the end of 2012.

So what to do .... No answer, can we do anything answer is "NO".

Sit beside and watch the progress (1) month and (1) slab ... another 16 slabs for Lavender and 20 slabs for Lilies so respective months for each tower additionally 12-20 months for internal work (As per the current progress).

So nothing before 28 - 36 months from now............ Beyond "2012"
