Latest Update from ARRA and still no Crystal Residency

Guys

Its obvious by now that the guys from Palm/ Bonyad are not doing anything even get the ball rolling for crystal residency.

Can anyone speak to the reps at ARRA directly regarding the status of this project as they dont seem to be answering my emails nowadays.

I called Arra last week for update and they told me that they were still waiting for some additional documents from Palm/Bonyad before they could register the project - I immediately emailed Palm and this is Sajid's response of last week:

" i am busy with the consultant to get some documents to submit in the ARRA , Consultant will give me these documents in 2--3 days after that we will submit in ARRA and inshallah we will get our escrow in 10-15 days. Also the construction approval we will get in sametime, We understand the panic situation and we will sort it out ASAP. "

am New on this site...Crystal is a BIG Cheater Group

Why we are waiting for his Escrow account. Why not we file case against him by taking Arra letter. I am new here and coming to visit Dubai in December during Christmas holidays, can anyone give me some good lawyers numbers or email id to contact. I purchased a floor and it is worth for me to go for a case against him.
